Signing Naturally 1C (Units 7-9)

American Sign Language (ASL) is the main method of communication used by the Deaf community in Canada and the United States. ASL is a visual-based language that is expressed by facial expressions and movements with the hands.

The prerequisites of this course are SN 1A and 1B. This course focuses on the following topics from Units 7, 8, and 9: Describing People and Things, Making Requests and Asking for Advice, and Describing Places.

This non-accredited course offers the student an opportunity to develop the communication skills needed in ASL to interact, socialize, or associate with Deaf people.


*Workbook is mandatory for the course and will be mailed to you.

*Limit of 14 students per session – first come first serve.

*Due to the global pandemic, and to ensure the safety of all, ASL classes will be provided virtually for the foreseeable future.

Registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.


Full refunds will be issued before classes begin. There will be a $30 cancellation fee if the student withdraws before the 3rd class and no refunds will be issued after the 3rd class.

DVDs and Workbooks are non-refundable.
